How long should I warm my wax melts?

We recommend warming our Wax Melts for no more than 3 hours at a time. Exceeding this duration may affect the scent throw and performance of the wax. For best results and to ensure safe use, please follow these guidelines

How long do your products last?

The shelf life of our products varies depending on the type:

Bath bombs, Shower Steamers and bubble bath scoops: These products are best used within approximately 6 months of purchase. While they may remain usable for longer periods, we recommend using them within this timeframe to ensure optimal performance and fragrance.

Bath salt soaks: Our bath salt soaks have an indefinite shelf life when stored in a cool, dry place away from moisture. You can enjoy them at your leisure without concerns about expiration.

Foaming Sugar Scrub, Body Butter Creme and Roll on Perfume Oil:

The shelf life of our soy wax melts is approximately 1 year when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. While they may remain usable beyond this timeframe, we recommend using them within 1 year for the best scent throw and performance.

Can I customize the scent or ingredients of my products?

At this time, we do not offer customization of scents or ingredients for our products. We carefully craft each formulation to ensure the highest quality and consistency for all our customers. If you have any questions or need assistance selecting a product that suits your preferences, please feel free to reach out to us.

Are your packaging materials recyclable or eco-friendly?

Our commitment to sustainability extends to our packaging materials. While some of our packaging materials, such as our Biolefin™ for bath bombs, shower steamers and bubble bath scoops, are biodegradable and eco-friendly, others, like our wax melts packaging, are made from different materials. We strive to use packaging materials that prioritize safety, quality, and functionality while minimizing environmental impact. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messaging for orders?

At this time, we regret that we do not offer gift wrapping services but we try to ensure our boxes look like a million bucks when you open them. However, if you would like to include a personal note with your order, you can leave the desired message in the 'Notes' section during checkout. Our team will ensure your thoughtful message is included with the delivery.


I have sensitive skin — are your products hypoallergenic?                                             

Our personal care products are formulated to be hypoallergenic, meaning they are made with ingredients that are widely recognized as gentle and less likely to cause allergic reactions. We carefully select our ingredients and avoid common irritants whenever possible, making our products suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. However, because every individual’s skin is unique, reactions can still occur. How are fragrance oils used in your products?

Our fragrances are all "clean" unique blends of both synthetic and essential oils developed in accordance with the most recent International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards.

What “clean fragrance oils” actually mean

When a supplier labels a fragrance oil as clean, it usually means:

What is the difference between fragrance oil and essential oils?

Essential oils are natural oils extracted from various areas from plants (roots, flowers, buds, etc.). Fragrance oils are made up of multiple ingredients that can be both naturally and synthetically derived. Our products are formulated using fragrance oils, which are developed in accordance with the most recent International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards. These standards are based on safety recommendations made by an expert scientific advisory committee through review of the most recent data available from the Research Institute of Fragrance Materials.

Are your products safe for septic systems?

Our products are formulated with water-soluble, biodegradable ingredients and do not contain harsh chemicals known to disrupt septic systems. When used as directed, our products are considered septic-safe and compatible with residential septic tanks.No brand can guarantee safety if any product is:
  • Used excessively
  • Dumped in large quantities
  • Improperly disposed of
And that’s totally normal — even septic-safe toilet paper has limits.
