Eligibility for Refund:

Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or any items marked as final sale.

Exceptions for Bath Products: Please note that due to sanitary reasons, certain bath products such as bath bombs, popsicle bomb dust, bubble scoops, and bath salts cannot be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Time Limit: Refund requests must be initiated within 72 hours of receipt. Beyond this period, we may not be able to process your refund.

Return Shipping: you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.


Exceptions and Disclaimers:

Sale Items: Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales are not-eligible for refunds following the same guidelines as regular-price items.

Limited Liability: Urban Bubbles will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a refund request, including but not limited to shipping costs, loss of use, or loss of profits.
